Is EV Sugbo an official dealer?

No. EV Sugbo is an independent website run by a certified EV sales consultant in Cebu. Reservations, financing, registration and vehicle release are processed through each brand's authorized dealership, so you get the official warranty and after-sales support.

Are the prices on this site final?

They are suggested retail prices from the most recent price list I have. Final pricing, promos and stock are confirmed in your written proposal before you reserve.

Can I buy an EV through bank financing?

Yes. I can prepare computations for cash, in-house and bank financing, including down payment options and estimated monthly amortization, so you can compare them side by side.

What is the difference between a full electric car and a plug-in hybrid?

A full electric car (BEV) runs only on its battery and is charged from the grid. A plug-in hybrid (PHEV) such as BYD's Super DM-i can drive on electricity for daily trips and uses a fuel engine for longer drives, so you never need to worry about finding a charger.

Can I charge at home?

Most owners charge at home overnight. Depending on the model, a wall charger or a portable charger can be used. I can explain the options and what to check with your electrician.

Can I book a test drive?

Yes. Send an inquiry with the model you are interested in and choose "Book a test drive". I will confirm the schedule and the unit available.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Trade-in assistance may be available depending on the brand and dealership. Choose "Ask about trade-in" in the form and include your current car's details.
